As you all know CricBay is a volunteer run organization. Players from various teams across CricBay volunteer their time and skills to run this successful league. All the success of the league to-date is attributable to the volunteers.
Below is the list of all the Volunteer teams and means to reach them
Community for Rules and Appeals (CoRA(-at-)CricBay.com)
This volunteer community is responsible for laying down CricBay operational procedures, game rules and community etiquette. CoRA will also respond to rules and procedures related feedbacks and queries. The same sub committee will also manage the appeals procedure to resolve disputes among two opponents or against an umpire.
Community for Logistics and Administration (CoLA(-at-)CricBay.com)
This assembly of volunteers will work on laying down tournament format and schedule build up. CoLA will provide assistance to member teams to set up matches and resolve match set up related disputes. Further this community will aid in providing various facilities such as ball procurement and ground reservation. It will also take responsibility for internal communication.
Community for Web Services (CoWS(-at-)CricBay.com)
This community will work on defining the functionality for CricBay.com web site and related development. It will also build up the content for CricBay.com . If CricBay.com email communication is under moderation, this community will oversee message moderation. If you are interested in posting an article on CricBay.com, send it as an attachment to CoWS-at-CricBay.com
Community for Public Relationship and Assistance (CoPA(-at-)CricBay.com)
This community will field queries from external public such as future CricBay member teams and future CricBay member players. Future members first point of contact will be CoPA, so that CoPA can channel any open questions to the relevant internal community without having external parties getting lost in community responsibility break up.
Potential advertisers and sponsors will also be contacting CoPA to get advertisements slots and bid for event sponsorship. If you are interested in helping out on advertisement and sponsorship marketing then send an email to CoPA(-at-)CricBay.com
Community for Finance and Accounting (CoFA(-at-)CricBay.com)
This community will be responsible for receiving membership fees or penalties. CoFA is required to allocate budget for any expenditure to be incurred by CoLA . This community will be taking care of the Guarantee Fee management as well. At the end of the year CoFA will furnish the group a detailed break down of all funds received and expenses incurred. It will also refund any balance that is due to the member teams as per the CricBay membership fee refund procedure.
ScoreCard Changes (ScoreCard(-at-)CricBay.com)
Please send scorecard changes to scorecard(-at-)CricBay.com. Include the date of the match and a link to the scorecard.
